Evidence of Intentional Fraud (Alex Ames and Josh Rupert, Tria Federal)

1. Interview Scheduled by Tria Federal for a Role Paid Under Intellect Solutions' Prime Contract

  • On November 13, 2024, Amit Kumar, formally scheduled an interview for a position funded under Intellect Solutions LLC’s WOSB prime contract. This email directly contradicts FAR 52.219-14, which prohibits the subcontractor from performing the majority of labor under a set-aside award. Intellect had no role in recruitment.

2. Multiple Tria Federal Managers in Full Control of Hiring Process

  • Tria Federal Managing Consultants Josh Rupert and Alex Ames were actively involved in the hiring pipeline for a position ostensibly “employed” by Intellect. Their inclusion on scheduling emails and their authoritative role in interviews reflect operational control, not advisory subcontracting.

3. Deliberate Misclassification of Labor to Evade FAR 52.219-14

  • The dynamics reveal that labor was knowingly misclassified to preserve the appearance of compliance. The actual employer, task manager, and operations lead was Tria Federal, while Intellect served as a nominal prime for purposes of award eligibility only.
