This System Ain’t Broken — It’s Built to Exploit
The U.S. as a High-Efficiency Extraction Engine
“If America were software, exploitation would be the source code — not a bug.”
Welcome to the Machine
A kid gets a degree and lands their first “real” job — with $100K in debt, no health insurance, and rent devouring half their paycheck.
A warehouse worker skips bathroom breaks to make quota.
A single mom juggles three jobs and still can't afford groceries.
And the news calls this “economic recovery.”
This isn’t dysfunction. This is design.
Foundation of the Scam: How It All Started
America didn’t stumble into inequality — it was engineered from the jump.
Land? Stolen. Entire Indigenous civilizations wiped off the map. Over 500 treaties broken. Genocide rebranded as “Manifest Destiny.”
Labor? Enslaved Africans weren’t just exploited — they were capital assets. Their bodies were the economy. Slavery built Wall Street, fueled cotton empires, and funded elite universities.
Law? Written by the rich, for the rich. Founding Fathers waxed poetic about freedom while owning humans. Property rights came before human rights — and still do.
“You don’t build a system this brutal by mistake. You build it because it works — for the right people.”
New Chains, Same System
Sure, slavery was “abolished.” But read the fine print.
The Prison Loop
The 13th Amendment outlawed slavery except as punishment for a crime. That loophole? It’s now a multi-billion-dollar industry. Inmates — mostly Black and Brown — are paid pennies to work for giant corporations. That’s not justice. That’s slavery with branding.
Debt as a Weapon
College was sold as a ladder out. But it’s a treadmill. Average student loan debt? $30K–$100K. Can’t declare bankruptcy. Can’t escape. That diploma is a collar.
Gigged and Gutted
“Be your own boss,” they said. Translation? No healthcare, no benefits, no protection. Uber, DoorDash, Instacart — they don’t hire you, they use you. Algorithms decide your fate. You don’t have a job. You have a hustle — and a hustle has no future.
“We didn’t escape the plantation — we downloaded it.”
How They Keep You Blind
A system this ugly can’t survive on violence alone. It needs something stronger: belief.
The Myths They Sell:
“Work hard and you’ll make it.” (Not if the system is rigged.)
“We’re all equal now.” (Not when race and class still decide your odds.)
“Freedom!” (But only if you can afford it.)
They don’t need chains when they have screens.
You scroll while the billionaires hoard.
You vote blue or red while both parties feed the same machine.
You pledge allegiance while you bleed paycheck to paycheck.
“A tired, scared, and distracted population doesn’t rebel — it just survives.”
Call to Consciousness: See It. Name It. Break It.
This post isn’t here to depress you. It’s here to decode the Matrix.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken.
You’re not “failing to thrive.”
You are being extracted.
What can you do?
Unplug from the lie. Start questioning the “truths” you’ve been sold.
Plug into real power. Mutual aid. Unions. Co-ops. Community defense.
Don’t just protest — build. Alternatives. Networks. Systems where survival isn’t a luxury.
“You don’t fix a rigged game — you flip the table.”
Reality Check
This system is not malfunctioning. It is performing exactly as intended — for the elites.
If we want something better, we’ll have to tear the scaffolding down and rewrite the code — from the street up.
“Revolution doesn’t start with a slogan. It starts with clarity.”
Welcome to clarity.
